Key Responsibilities in Microsoft Application Architecture

Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies including Azure, .NET, and the Power Platform. Collaborate across teams to define technical requirements, establish architectural standards, and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Lead design sessions, provide direction on best practices, and ensure alignment with security and compliance guidelines.

Drive application modernization initiatives, integrating Microsoft cloud services and leveraging DevOps principles. Partner with business stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable technical solutions that support growth and efficiency. Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and mentor team members on Microsoft platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications for Microsoft Solution Architect

  • Proven experience architecting, designing, and deploying Microsoft-based applications in cloud and hybrid environments
  • Deep knowledge of Azure services, .NET, API design, SQL Server, and Power Platform
  • Experience with application security, performance tuning, and cost optimization in Microsoft ecosystems
  • Ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications in Microsoft Application Architecture

  • Azure Solution Architect certifications (AZ-305, AZ-104, etc.)
  • Experience with microservices, containers (Kubernetes, Docker), and CI/CD using Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with data integration, migration, and Power BI
  • Background in agile development and DevSecOps processes
